MOST POPULAR
3 one hour sessions per week for 4 weeks. The 12 session package is designed to give you the best bang for your buck. 3 one hour sessions per week. Split up into upper body, lower body, and conditioning days.

Group Training
Have a group of friends that want to workout together? Ares offers group training for 3 up to 5 people. Help build a fitness community within your friends group.

16 Sessions
4 one hour sessions per week for 4 weeks. The16 session package is for those who want to truly push the limits of their body and get more from their training and fitness plan.

Contest Preps
Are you a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or someone needing to get ready for a very demanding job or promotion as a first responder?
Ares will help you reach your goals and fitness needs. This package is typically a 12 to 16 week package.
